Dear mayor

I write this letter to inform you that in front of my house there is a square were a lot of young people go to drink or to smoke. It isn't the problem, the problem is that they shout and speak too highly and we can't sleep. And also it could be a good solution that some police car go there to control that anyone shout

The conclusion is remedy the situation.
